The russian famous sparing cucumber diet

Even many years ago women seeked to look beautiful and slim, using different ways to achieve this goal.
Nowadays the situation is the same and the ways to look perfect haven’t changed. Women still use diets and also go to any sport clubs. In most cases diets are very strict, so not every woman can stand this experiment.
There is one russian famous sparing cucumber diet. For it you need two pounds of cucumbers.


You make a salad from them, adding a little bit of mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream. This salad you divide into three food intakes:

  • The first one is between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
  • The second one is between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
  • The third one is between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

For every food intake you are recommened to add a piece of rye bread. In the evening you can also eat one big apple or two oranges. For breakfast a cup of tea or coffee is allowed. During a day you can drink water.
This diet is not so strict and you’ll not feel hungry that is very important!
The diet period can be different. It depends on the amount of pounds you’d like to lose. Usually a woman is on this diet two weeks. It is enough to lose about 10 pounds.
