Vegetable soup

February 9th, 2010 admin No comments

We need:

Chicken broth (or beef bouillon), 3-4 tomatoes, 3 potatoes, 1 vegetable marrow (if it is possible to find it in supermarkets), 1 sweet pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion.

Method of cooking:

Fist of all, we cut an onion and fry it, using olive oil.
Then we pour chicken broth in a pot and put fried onion there. We peel tomatoes, potatoes, a carrot, a marrow, a sweet pepper. All ingredients, except tomatoes, we cut in cubes and put in the pot. As for tomatoes, we cut them in cubes too and stew on a frying pan. After that we can put tomatoes in the pot. Salt and pepper our soup. It is ready when potatoes are ready.
Before serving out, it is better to add some grated cheese and cut dill, parsley and green onion in every plate.
This soup is low-fat and low-caloric.

Norilsk, Leninskii prospectNorilsk is a city of brave people. If you decide to visit this city, it means you are a brave spirit. It is situated in the Far North in the Arctic on the 69th parallel. There is nothing around the city, only tundra with a huge amount of small lakes and bogs.

On the score of distance of Norilsk from other cities and absence of land communication, citizens call the rest of Russia “mainland”.
