Apple cake ‘Charlotte’

To cook our apple cake takes just one hour of your time! The recipe is very simple, and all necessary products you can find  in your fridge even right now .

So, we need:

3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar and one glass of flour, four or five big apples (it depends of your taste), a little bit butter to smear the form for baking.

Method of cooking:

We need to divide white of eggs from yolk. Using a mixer (a folk) to mix yolk, adding slowly some sugar, white of eggs, flour. Dough should be beaten.

Then we clean apples and cut them  for small pieces.

We smear the form for baking with butter and put one half of our dough there, then all pieces of apples and then the rest of the dough.

The baking oven should be about 180-200 C. It takes 20-25 minutes of baking. You can check the doneness using even a match…if it is almost dry, our cake is done.

Do not eat after 6 p.m.

A lot of people say that it is not useful to eat after 6 p.m.  But not so many people can explain ..why? Finally several days ago one Moscow  nutritionist sensibly explained why we should not eat too late. Insulin, which exudes during eating, delays the process of splitting fats. In the evening the amount of insulin increases. Thus, it doesn’t allow to split fats we’ve got for the whole day, not only for the evening. That’s why, waking up in the morning, day by day, we notice the growth in the area of our bellies! All processes of digestion become slower after 5-6 p.m. It means that eating after these hours we MAKE our stomach work!

This advice is not only for being slim, but also for being healthy.

He tries to help with traffic jams in Moscow…

Several days ago a lot of people watching news were really shocked with one thing…One Japanese Professor offered a project to lower the amount of traffic jams in Moscow. Smart people in Japan used this project for the same goal many years ago!!! Imagine, what the government bureaucrats said…Moscow without traffic jams is not Moscow!

At the average each Moscowite spends 4-5 hours in a traffic jam a day to reach the place of work and come back home.

Russian paper rubles

Rubles and kopeks were always and would be the Russian official currency. For the first time a ruble was mentioned at the end of XIII century. Of course, now a ruble has another value than it had at that time. Anyway, rubles and kopeks are the only and main currency of Russia.

According to the last course of the currency market a Russian ruble is equal to 3, 5 American cents, 2 British cents and 2 euro cents (data on November 24, 2009).

Length of Moscow traffic jam was 894 kilometers

The situation on Moscow roads, which is always busy during these hours, was complicated because of the many small accidents. Movement is difficult in almost all tracks. Health without carbohydrates

Russian dietitians advise to limit taking carbohydrates, especially sugar, because, fast dissolving, it becomes fat in our organism. It is not also recommended to take animal fats. Preference is given to vegetable oils which influence positively on all processes connected with organism fat consumption. This diet includes breakfast, second breakfast, dinner and supper. It is necessarily to lower taking of salt and water. Dietitians include in ration vegetable soup, only cooked meat or fish, a lot of vegetables and fruit.
