<p style="text-align: justify;">Chicken broth (or beef bouillon), 3-4 tomatoes, 3 potatoes, 1 vegetable marrow (if it is possible to find it in supermarkets), 1 sweet pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion.</p>
<p><strong>Method of cooking:</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fist of all, we cut an onion and fry it, using olive oil.<br />
Then we pour chicken broth in a pot and put fried onion there. We peel tomatoes, potatoes, a carrot, a marrow, a sweet pepper. All ingredients, except tomatoes, we cut in cubes and put in the pot. As for tomatoes, we cut them in cubes too and stew on a frying pan. After that we can put tomatoes in the pot. Salt and pepper our soup. It is ready when potatoes are ready.<br />
Before serving out, it is better to add some grated cheese and cut dill, parsley and green onion in every plate.<br />
This soup is low-fat and low-caloric.</p>
