<p style="text-align: justify;">Russian dietitians advise to limit taking carbohydrates, especially sugar, because, fast dissolving, it becomes fat in our organism. It is not also recommended to take animal fats. Preference is given to vegetable oils which influence positively on all processes connected with organism fat consumption. This diet includes breakfast, second breakfast, dinner and supper. It is necessarily to lower taking of salt and water. Dietitians include in ration vegetable soup, only cooked meat or fish, a lot of vegetables and fruit.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">This diet should be kept no less than three months. It is not recommended to eat acrid condiment, pepper, mustard and a lot of mayonnaise. Anyway you should remember that without physical activity no one diet can help you reach desired result. This diet, as all other national diets, excludes candies, ice-cream, chocolate, sweet pastry, and also bloat и salt dishes except sour cabbage, improving digestion. Alcohol is excluded.</p>

<em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 100 g of cooked fish, 150 g of sour cabbage salad, green peas, cooked carrot, a cup of black coffee without sugar.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 150 g of cooked meat, 100 g of nonfat cottage cheese, 2 apples.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: vegetable soup, 150 g of sour cabbage, 1 glass of apple juice.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: 100 g cooked fish, 2 cooked potatoes, a cup of tea without sugar.</p>
<p><strong>Tuesday<br />
<em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 200 g of cabbage salad with green peas, onion, vegetable oil, a cup of black coffee.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 1 glass of nonfat milk (or better kefir).<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: 100 g beef with carrot, a cup of apple juice.<br />
<strong><em>Supper:</em></strong> 100 g of cooked fish, 2 cooked potatoes, 1 orange.</p>
<p><strong>Wednesday<br />
<em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 1 egg, 1 piece of bread, a cup of black coffee.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 100 g of oatmeal, with pieces of fruit.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: 150 g of cooked or fried chicken, 2 apples, 1 orange.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: vegetable salad with vegetable oil, 1 glass of apple juice.</p>
<p><strong>Thursday</strong><br />
<strong><em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 1 glass nonfat milk (or better kefir), 1 piece of bread.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: vegetable salad with vegetable oil.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: 100 g of cooked meat, 150 g of sour cabbage salad with green peas and onion.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: vegetable soup, 100 g of grated carrot with mayonnaise.</p>
<p><strong>Friday<br />
<em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 3 spoons of cottage cheese, a cup of black coffee.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 2 apples, 2 oranges, 1 glass of orange juice.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: 1 diet sausage, 150 g of cabbage with lemon juice, 1 glass of orange juice.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: 150 g of fried fish, 100 g of red currants, 100 g of gooseberries, a cup of mineral water. You can choose other berries.</p>
<p><strong>Saturday</strong><br />
<strong><em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 100 g of cooked meat, 100 g of sour cabbage.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 100 g of nonfat cottage cheese.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: vegetable soup with meat or mushroom broth, small piece of black bread.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: a piece of meat, 100 g of cooked grated red beet, a cup of tea without sugar.</p>
<p><strong>Sunday</strong><br />
<strong><em>Breakfast</em></strong>: 100 of oatmeal with 1 spoon of honey.<br />
<strong><em>Second breakfast</em></strong>: 150 g of fruit salad.<br />
<strong><em>Dinner</em></strong>: 100 g of cooked fish, 150 g of vegetable salad with vegetable oil.<br />
<strong><em>Supper</em></strong>: 100 g of cooked meat, 2 cooked potatoes, 1 apple, 1 glass of apple juice.</p>

Nowadays the situation is the same and the ways to look perfect haven&#8217;t changed. Women still use diets and also go to any sport clubs. In most cases diets are very strict, so not every woman can stand this experiment.<br />
There is one russian famous sparing cucumber diet. For it you need two pounds of cucumbers.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-3"></span><br />
You make a salad from them, adding a little bit of mayonnaise or low-fat sour cream. This salad you divide into three food intakes:</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>The first one is between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.</li>
<li>The second one is between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.</li>
<li>The third one is between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For every food intake you are recommened to add a piece of rye bread. In the evening you can also eat one big apple or two oranges. For breakfast a cup of tea or coffee is allowed. During a day you can drink water.<br />
This diet is not so strict and you&#8217;ll not feel hungry that is very important!<br />
The diet period can be different. It depends on the amount of pounds you&#8217;d like to lose. Usually a woman is on this diet two weeks. It is enough to lose about 10 pounds.</p>
