			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of people say that it is not useful to eat after 6 p.m.  But not so many people can explain ..why? Finally several days ago one Moscow  nutritionist sensibly explained why we should not eat too late. Insulin, which exudes during eating, delays the process of splitting fats. In the evening the amount of insulin increases. Thus, it doesn&#8217;t allow to split fats we&#8217;ve got for the whole day, not only for the evening. That&#8217;s why, waking up in the morning, day by day, we notice the growth in the area of our bellies! All processes of digestion become slower after 5-6 p.m. It means that eating after these hours we MAKE our stomach work!</p>
<p>This advice is not only for being slim, but also for being healthy.</p>
