Smart people in Japan used this project for the same goal many years ago!!! Imagine, what the government bureaucrats said&#8230;Moscow without traffic jams is not Moscow!</p>
<p>At the average each Moscowite spends 4-5 hours in a traffic jam a day to reach the place of work and come back home.</p>
